What others are saying

  1. FOR M.2 SSD COVER ONLY: Great quality, great way to personalize your build, a bit big, but it seems to work.

I ordered this product and it arrived a bit late, but that’s ok. This product looks great once installed, but getting there isnt the most simple.
Pros: Great quality, looks great, expect this to last a long time.

    1. A bit large, you have to install it a lot to the right of the screw with a bit of overhang to still acess the screw, though I assume this is to cover up the drive bay on the mobo. Looks good once on, but no explanation.
    2. There are no instructions on how to install the cover for a M.2 SSD ANYWHERE! Not in the box, online, even in the video linked with it! I wish there were some specific instructions, would’ve helped me a lot, so here are some for you:
    1. Take out M.2 Drive
    2. Take the sticky circles and attach in a rectangle about a centimeter in on long edges, a few cm in on the short edges so it can stick to the drive.
    3. Put it on the drive making sure to cover both the top and bottom edge, and give some space where the screw goes so you can re install it. It will hang over the tabs that attach into the motherboard, but that’s ok, it won’t be a problem!
    4. Reinstall M.2 SSD carefully, making sure you don’t nick anything because you won’t be able to see where you are putting the drive into the motherboard.

This is a great way to personalize your build and really make it seem professional, be careful installing it to not cover screw hole!

    Satisfied in every way

martin.schicht (verified owner) on Custom Design Hard Disk Drive Cover

I bought a custom designed HDD-cover to cover not a HDD but the 5,25″ cage in the upper right corner of my window. The process of creating the design is very easy and intuitive. Delivery times were great (12 days since ordering from Dallas to Switzerland!). Once unpacked the build quality immediately looked great. Installing was easy even though I didn’t have a 5V header on the MB. The remote works good though even if the receiver is hidden. And most importantly the LEDs remember the last settings even after long periods without power!
I am really happy with the result and can only recommend this shop.
But best of all was the parcel-conformation email…
    Thanks guys!

    Non-RGB SSD cover

Dario Ivankovic (verified owner) on Custom Design Solid State Drive Cover

Ordered a standard non-RGB SSD cover and it was perfect. The top design where the design is added is some sort of a matte finish so it doesn’t scratch easily and finished product is perfect. Thank you for an awesome design and product.

chris.canavan (verified owner) on MSI Dragon Spectrum White RGB SSD - HDD Drive Cover

Needed something to POP on a red and black build. This SSD cover worked perfect. Including the MSI dragon was just a huge bonus. The Install was simple. The included cables and instructions worked on the first go. Check out additional images on my insta page. “FPSMAFIA”

We recommend routing/plugging in the LED cable (If RGB) before mounting for an easier installation. To mount our acrylic Drive Covers, you will need to first apply the included double-sided tape circles to the back of your cover (note: we recommend installing these on the corners of the cover and not the drive itself to avoid attaching it to the LED strip area (If RGB). Peel the red backing off the 3M double-sided tape, position the drive cover over the drive and press down firmly to secure it on top.

All our RGB Mod Parts come with this connector on the cable by default. See below options on how to power/control the LEDs.

Option 1 (Included): Connect the RGB Cable directly into your motherboards 3 Pin 5V RGB Header, Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controller, EKWB D-RGB Loop Connect, or your own 5v 3Pin Controller. Make sure not to connect to a 12V 4 pin header, as that will kill the LEDs.

Option 2 (Optional/Sold Separately): To use the RF remote to control your LEDs simply connect the SATA Power Cable to any SATA Power cable from your power supply unit. Connect the other side to the LED connector.

Option 3 (Optional/Sold Separately): To use Corsair iCUE to control and power your LEDs, simply connect the Corsair iCUE cable adapter to the RGB Cable, and then plug the adapter into a Corsair Commander Pro, Node Pro, CORSAIR iCUE Commander CORE, or Commander Mini unit. Connect the other side to the LED connector. In Corsair iCUE’s software make sure to set the product to *2 LED STRIPS* as ours are denser!

Option 4 (Optional/Sold Separately): Connect to a Gigabyte/Aorus Motherboard Fusion 5V 3 Pin VDG Header. Connect the other side to the LED connector.
