V1 Tech Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at V1 Tech. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
1. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products:
- Most of our products are made-to-order or customized according to customer preferences. Due to the unique nature of these items, processing times can vary.
- While we aim to process all orders within 3-4 weeks, there might be delays, especially for custom designs or if we are awaiting proof/approvals from the customer.
2. Processing Time:
- Standard orders are typically processed within 3-4 weeks.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Most items are delivered 3-4 weeks after shipment. However, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
4. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses:
- V1 Tech ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.
- UPS can deliver to certain P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but there may be size restrictions or additional requirements. If you choose UPS as your shipping method, please ensure your address meets UPS guidelines.
5. International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to other countries outside of the U.S. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- V1 Tech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Damages:
- V1 Tech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
