COVID-19 UPDATE: All orders are currently backlogged due to the pandemic. Our turn around time is currently estimated at 20 business days which does not include weekends. We custom make everything to order and it takes time for us to produce awesome unique products for you! You will receive a tracking confirmation as soon as it’s completed. Processing orders are either being made or in the queue to be made. Thank you for your patience, especially during this pandemic!

Everything is made and shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas USA.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as all orders are custom made to order art pieces. If you would like to cancel an order or make changes, please make sure to contact us within 48 hours or less after you place the order. Please use the Contact Us Page with any questions, comments, or concerns, and a team member will do everything possible to assist you. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of placing an order, your order cannot be canceled. Additionally, notwithstanding the foregoing, if your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be canceled for any reason whatsoever.

We use USPS for all orders. USPS may hand off shipments to regional carriers.
